For every €1 you spent on products on our website or in-store, you will earn 1 Emerald. Emeralds can be redeemed for different kinds of rewards, listed under our Rewards button. Note that shipping costs do not contribute to your Emerald's balance.
It's very simple and straight-forward! Just click on the "Rewards" button, then on "Ways to redeem" and you will see a list of discounts you can redeem your Emeralds for. Discounts include completely free products and a range of fixed discounts!
Your Emerald balance expires after 365 days if the balance remains dormant and unused. Example: Your balance of 1000 Emeralds is about to expire. 1 day before expiry, you make a purchase earning you 50 Emeralds. Your entire new balance of 1050 Emeralds will now expire in 365 days.
Yes! You can stack up to five fixed discounts at checkout. For example, if there is a €5 fixed discount Reward and a €15 fixed Reward, you can redeem both of these rewards against your cart's product total. You can also stack Rewards along with any other discount code you may have (like at sale time), again up to a maximum of five codes. You may also use EireHobbies Gift Cards along with your Rewards. To apply more than one Reward at checkout, you need to manually paste your code into the discount code field at checkout. Note that it is not currently possible to stack Free Product Rewards, in any combination.
Rewards cannot be redeemed towards shipping costs. They can only be redeemed against your cart's product total, excluding shipping. Example, your cart total is €15.50 including €5.50 shipping. If you redeem a €15 fixed discount, you will still have to pay €5.50 shipping. As such, ensure your cart's product total exceeds the value of your Reward.
