HG RX-72-08 White Gundam

The RX-78-02 White Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX joins Bandai’s ever-popular High Grade 1/144 range, bringing one of the most talked-about new Gundam designs to builders and collectors alike.

This version of the iconic RX-78 features a distinctive redesign by Ikuto Yamashita, combining familiar Gundam elements with a sharper, more futuristic appearance. The unique colour scheme around the head and torso, along with the redesigned facial features and side head armour, help set it apart from both the classic RX-78-2 and its later counterpart, the Red Gundam.

As expected from a modern HG kit, the White Gundam offers excellent articulation for dynamic action poses straight from the anime. Bandai has included a newly sculpted Hyper Bazooka, Beam Rifle, Beam Sabers and Shield, allowing builders to recreate a variety of combat scenes. The shield can be mounted on either the arm or backpack using the supplied joint parts, adding even more display options.

The kit features crisp moulding, impressive surface detail and colour separation that captures the mechanical styling of the GQuuuuuuX series. Whether displayed alongside the Red Gundam or as a standalone centrepiece, the White Gundam makes a striking addition to any Gunpla collection.

Included in the box:

• Weapons set
• Hyper Bazooka
• Beam Rifle
• Shield
• Hand parts
• Marking stickers
• Sticker sheet

For fans of classic Universal Century designs and the new GQuuuuuuX universe alike, the HG RX-78-02 White Gundam offers a fantastic blend of nostalgia and modern Gunpla engineering.
