Vallejo Matt Base 18ml

Matt Base extends the colours, increases their fluidity and transparency, and softens the blending of brush strokes. It heightens the flexibility of the colours, and their adhesion to the surface. Does not yellow or change tonality of the colour.

Can also be used as a binder for dry pigment.
